Lefranc 3 Hour Gilding Mixture is an Water Based fixative designed for gold and metal leaf gilding. Made in France, it is a staple of Master Gilders across the world.
The Gilding Varnish is lead free and the perfect for fixing gold leaf to non-porous surfaces including glass, metal and marble.
The 3 Hour Gilding Mixture is designed for use on small surfaces, or when conditions are unsuitable for the 12 Hour Gilding Mixture. This includes surfaces subject to humidity and a high dust rate.
It is suitable for interior and exterior work.
